How we collect, keep, and protect personal information when you enquire about or attend training.

Data controller

Data we collect

  • Enquiry form fields: name, email, session of interest, optional preferred week, and your message
  • Booking and payment records needed to confirm seats and deposits
  • Attendance notes limited to session dates and materials issued
  • Technical logs such as IP address and browser type when you visit the site
  • Cookie identifiers as described on the Cookies page

We do not ask for brokerage account numbers, national ID numbers, or full portfolio holdings on the public form.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver booked sessions, issue receipts, improve the clarity of our pages (when analytics cookies are accepted), and meet accounting or legal duties in Taiwan.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to twenty-four months unless a booking follows. Booking and payment records are retained for the period required by Taiwanese accounting rules, typically at least five years. Analytics data, when enabled, is retained according to the analytics provider’s settings, usually thirteen months or less.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Taiwanese personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, email hello@net-clouds.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.

International transfers

Our primary operations and files are held in Taiwan. If a service provider (for example email hosting or analytics) processes data outside Taiwan, we select providers that offer contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer.

Children

Sessions are designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under sixteen.

We may revise this notice. The version on this page is the current one. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated review context in our internal records.
