Refunds & rescheduling
Eligibility, timeframes, and how deposits work for intensives, private reviews, and evening clinics.
Scope
This policy applies to paid seats in the Support & Resistance Mapping Intensive, Private Chart Reviews, and Evening Level Clinics. It does not cover third-party brokerage fees or materials you print yourself.
Eligibility window
- Intensive: Full refund of amounts paid if you cancel in writing at least fourteen days before session one. Between thirteen and seven days, the deposit is retained and any balance paid is refunded. Inside seven days, fees are non-refundable unless we cancel the group.
- Private Chart Review: Full refund if you cancel at least forty-eight hours before the appointment. Later cancellations forfeit the fee.
- Evening Level Clinic: Full refund if you cancel at least five days before the clinic date. Later cancellations forfeit the fee.
Partial refunds
If we must shorten a confirmed intensive because of instructor illness and cannot offer a makeup date within thirty days, you receive a proportional refund for undelivered sessions.
Non-refundable items
- Deposits on intensives cancelled inside the windows above
- Printed chart packs already produced for your confirmed seat when you no-show
- Fees for sessions you attended in part
Process
Email hello@net-clouds.digital with your name, session title, and booked date. We confirm eligibility within five business days and process approved refunds within fourteen business days to the original payment method.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed for private reviews if requested at least forty-eight hours ahead, subject to open slots. Intensive cohort moves are possible only if another cohort has a free seat and the request arrives at least fourteen days before session one; the deposit transfers once.
No-shows
Failure to attend without notice is treated as a late cancellation. No substitute participant may take your seat unless we approve the name change in advance.
Work already started
Once an intensive session has begun, that session’s portion of the fee is earned. Remaining unused sessions follow the cancellation windows measured from the original start date.
Exceptions
Serious documented emergencies may be considered case by case; any goodwill credit is at our discretion and is not a guarantee of cash refund.
