Conditions that apply when you browse this site or enrol in a training session.
Acceptance
By using https://net-clouds.digital or enrolling in a Net Clouds Digital session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a seat.
Educational nature of instruction
All sessions, worksheets, and field notes are for education in technical analysis — specifically support and resistance mapping for equities. Nothing on this site or in class constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice. You remain responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
Bookings and fees
Session fees, deposits, and refunds are described on the Rates and Refunds pages. A booking is confirmed only when we send written acceptance and any required deposit is received.
Intellectual property
Printed packs, worksheets, checklists, and site copy remain the property of Net Clouds Digital. You may keep your personal annotated charts and notes for private use. You may not copy course materials for resale, public distribution, or competing instruction without prior written consent.
Conduct in sessions
Participants must treat peers and instructors with courtesy, protect the confidentiality of others’ portfolio comments, and refrain from soliciting investment business during class. We may refuse or end a session for disruptive conduct without obligation to continue instruction that day.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), Net Clouds Digital is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions made after attending a session. Our liability for any claim related to a booked session is limited to the fees you paid for that session.
Site availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may change without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taipei shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from sessions delivered in Taipei, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
